Helping to set new standards

The National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) is known throughout the fire industry for setting high standards for the fire service. Much of these standards such as 1710 and 1720 are applied as benchmarks for service deployment.

The NFPA recently embarked on a new standard committee for Fire Service Analysts and Informational Professional Qualifications. THis standard may certainly be adopted by the Centers for Public Safety Excellence (CPSE) for it's credentialing criteria.

Robert McNally, owner of Beacon GIS has applied and is very honored to have been accepted to be on the committee and will work along side other subject matter experts in the creation of the new NFPA standard.
